Delivery Policy

Minimum Order

A universal $10 daily minimum applies on the days you choose to order. There are no tiers — the minimum is the same for every customer.

If your order falls below $10, the gap is taken from your wallet, so your cost is the same either way. Easiest move: order at least $10 worth of food.

Delivery Fee

Delivery is free for the first 5 km from our kitchen. Beyond that, we charge $0.10 per additional km.

• Inside 5 km: free
• 15 km: $1.00
• 25 km: $2.00
• 50 km: $4.50

Free Delivery on $20+

Any order of $20 or more ships free regardless of distance. The distance-based fee is waived above the $20 threshold for every customer.

Unverified Address Fee

If your saved address can't be geocoded, a flat $5 unverified-address fee applies. Re-enter the address using the autocomplete in the app and the fee goes away.

Ordering and Delivery

Place orders at least one day before your delivery date. Same-day requests are honoured when kitchen capacity allows.

Delivery windows are selected during checkout in app.foood.ca based on availability.

If we are unable to complete a delivery due to an address or access issue, support will contact you to reschedule.

Payment

All orders are paid from your prepaid FOOOD wallet. There is no per-order checkout — orders auto-charge the wallet on confirmation. Top up by card from $10 (2.5% processing fee + 5% GST) or by Interac e-Transfer or cash from $50 (no surcharge).
